Who handles your data

The data controller is SURL «ANANYAN BALLET», in Monaco. Processing follows Monegasque law n° 1.565 on the protection of personal data. For any question, write tovictoria@ananyanballet.com.

What we collect

Two forms, and nothing else. The trial class form collects:

• your child's first name
• your child's age
• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• the class you are interested in, if you tell us
• your message, if you write one

The support form collects:

• your first name and last name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• your company and role, if you give them
• the kind of support you have in mind
• your message, if you write one

Why

To answer your request, to arrange your child's trial class, or to talk about a partnership. We do not use this information for anything else, and we never sell it or pass it to third parties.

On what basis

On your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, with no need to explain yourself.

Who receives it

The school, meaning Victoria Ananyan and the people who assist her. Email delivery goes through Resend, a sending provider acting as a processor, which does not use the content for its own purposes.

Where it is kept

The site stores nothing in a database. What you write is sent by email and stays in the school's mailbox. The server hosting the site keeps technical operating logs, which are separate from the content of the forms.

For how long

For as long as it takes to handle your request. If your child joins the school, our exchanges stay in the mailbox for the length of the relationship. You can ask for erasure at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no analytics cookie and calls no third party statistics service. Fonts are served from the site itself, so your browser contacts nobody else while displaying these pages.

Your rights

You have:

• the right to access the information we hold about you
• the right to have it corrected
• the right to have it erased
• the right to object to it being processed

Supervisory authority

The Personal Data Protection Authority of Monaco (APDP) is the competent authority. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to it.
